2. There is a high level religion

In Chong Gyo(religion), the word "Chong" refers to the ultimate Truth at the highest level, and it is indescribable by any means of written language or thought. It is just expressed in print as "Chong".

"Gyo" means that which sprang up from the enlightenment by the awakened sages through Spiritual Truth in order to be shared with many people instead of being confined to the sages themselves.

A convenient instrument to facilitate the understanding of "Gyo" faster is the science of religion. The more generalized and popularized form of "Gyo" is religious thought, while the detailed result out of "Gyo" is religious ideology. Through "Gyo", religious activities are carried out, religion-related business is undertaken, religious education is offered, religious ethics is practiced, and religious rituals are performed. Thus, the religious rituals and projects, etc. are all tools to promote the understanding of Chong Gyo(religion). These are only the steppingstones across a stream-not the religion itself. Based on the understanding of all these elements, Chong Gyo(religion) is just a means of attaining enlightenment.

No discussion outside the Spiritual Truth is Religion. However, if you are fixated on religion, you will end up with a religious life for religion itself, and you would not understand the reason and purpose of that religion.

The reason and purpose of religion is to be enlightened through the Spiritual Truth. If not, you do not have any rationale at all to believe in religion.

Here is an analogy: believers have been held back at an elementary school for 10, 20, or 30 years. What I mean is that such people have never had an opportunity to advance a step further and experience or practice the intermediate or high level of religion.
